Uniaxial Solar Tracker Systems (Solar Tracker Systems)

Product Charachteristics

“Uniaxial Tracker System”, which we develop in order to get the angle of solar rays, can be adjusted at angle of +/- 60°

Designing Details

– Non-sensor tracking with astronomic algorithm.
– Maximum 3° margin of error.
– Operation without any problem up to 130 km/h wind speed
– Automatic self-protection at wind speed exceeding 130 km/h
– Backtracking Feature (Avoding from shadow)

System Software

Software in our system is based on C++, and calculates the location of the sun by using location information entered in the beginning and time data obtained from internet, and adjusts the system angle by determining the motor length by means of trigonometric calculations.

Our system operates one-master and multi-slave insofar as land circumstances permit. Therefore, all the field can be control with one card. Angle and alarm status information of the field can be obtained by connecting this card to a computer, and upon demand, manual mode can be available.

Linear Actuator Motor

Linear actuator motors in our system have nominal voltage of 24 V DC, repelling and tensile force of 1000 N/m. It is seen that motor power is adequate when considering the radial loads of the system.

Our motor is controlled on the tracker control boards on each table. Tracker control boards take power from 220 V mains voltage. The current taken from mains is maximum 3A while the table is moving.

Wind Sensor

System activates stow mode (horizontal mode) automatically at wind speed exceeding 130 km/h by means of wind sensor on our system, and minimizes the structural damage risk.
